Q. I have been trying to update my listing but nothing seems to change?
Q. How do I verify my listing?
1) You can request an email to be sent to you@yourdomain.com - you must click on the link in the email to verify that you got the email. If you do not have an email address which ends in yourdomain.com - you should ask your webmaster to create one for you. Sorry you cannot use a free email address such as Hotmail, Gmail or Optus to do this.
2) You can upload a tiny text verification file to your home directory - If you are unable to do this, ask your webmaster or use option 1.
Q. I recently completing a new listing on your site but I cannot see the listing anywhere on your site.
Q. I can see my business name listed but the website address is wrong. How can I change it?
Q. I have tried registering but the email to activate has not arrived.
Q. My listing page has advertising on it. Can I remove it?
